Serving Indiana Statewide
Indiana Lighting Partners designs and installs holiday lighting and permanent LED systems across Indiana, with region-based crews covering the Indianapolis metro, northwest Indiana, the Fort Wayne and South Bend corridors, and the southern and western markets.
One Standard of Work Across the Region
We serve Indiana statewide with the backing of a national lighting network. That means crews who know Indiana architecture, from century-old masonry in the historic districts to design-forward contemporary homes in the suburban corridors, paired with the supply chain and engineering of an established brand.
Every community we serve gets the same commercial-grade, freeze-rated fixtures, the same non-penetrating roof-safe mounting, and the same clean January takedown. Whether you are on the northwest lakeshore, in a century-old Indianapolis neighborhood, or on a Main Street storefront in a southern Indiana county seat, the standard does not change.

Communities We Serve
Organized by region so you can find your community. Each region has its own architecture and character, and our crews know all of them.
Indianapolis Metro
Marion & Surrounding Counties
The center of the state and our largest concentration of work. Indianapolis and its northern suburban corridor form one of the strongest residential markets in the Midwest, alongside a deep commercial base of office parks, retail centers, and downtown mixed-use blocks.
Indianapolis
Century-old near-downtown neighborhoods through new suburban construction. Attachment specified per roofline rather than one blanket spec.
Carmel
Large-format residential with complex rooflines. Custom channel routing for permanent systems.
Fishers
Suburban residential and growing commercial corridor. Roofline, tree wrap, and pathway packages.
Westfield
Newer residential construction and sports-complex commercial. Clean seasonal installs and permanent channel work.
Zionsville
Historic village core and estate residential. Masonry-safe attachment on older brick and trim.
Noblesville
Historic courthouse square plus suburban residential. Storefront programs and roofline packages.
Greenwood
South-metro residential and retail plazas. Multi-tenant coordinated commercial programs.
Avon, Brownsburg & Plainfield
West-metro residential corridor. Seasonal roofline and perimeter tree runs.
Northwest Indiana
Lake, Porter & LaPorte Counties
Chicago metro spillover across the northwest corner of the state. This region sits in the Lake Michigan snowbelt, so install windows run earlier and attachment is specified to carry real accumulated snow load rather than cold alone.
Crown Point
Historic square and established residential. Snow-load rated attachment throughout.
Schererville, Munster & Highland
Dense suburban residential. Early October install scheduling for snowbelt timing.
Valparaiso
College-town residential and downtown commercial. Storefront and roofline programs.
Portage, Hobart & Chesterton
Lakeshore-adjacent residential. Wind and snow rated clips on exposed elevations.
Michigan City & La Porte
Lakefront and county-seat properties. Earliest install window in the state.
Northeast & North Central Indiana
Fort Wayne, South Bend & Elkhart
Fort Wayne anchors the northeast with a large inventory of century-old housing stock and a broad commercial base. The South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart corridor sits in the lake-effect snowbelt with the same compressed install window as the northwest.
Fort Wayne
Historic neighborhoods and modern suburban development. Non-penetrating attachment on older fascia and masonry.
South Bend & Mishawaka
University-adjacent and established residential. Snowbelt-rated attachment, early booking.
Elkhart & Goshen
Residential and light industrial commercial. Staged installs around plant operating hours.
Warsaw, Columbia City & Auburn
Lake-country and county-seat residential. Roofline and long perimeter tree runs.
Angola & Kendallville
Northern lake communities. Travel-block scheduling for larger projects.
West Central & Southern Indiana
Lafayette, Bloomington, Terre Haute & the Ohio River
The university markets of Lafayette and Bloomington run on their own seasonal rhythm. Further south, Columbus brings a design-conscious architectural heritage, and the Ohio River communities from Evansville through New Albany run the mildest winters in the state but the most frequent freeze-thaw cycling.
Lafayette & West Lafayette
University corridor residential and commercial. Scheduling worked around the academic calendar.
Bloomington
Historic and university-adjacent residential plus downtown square commercial.
Terre Haute
County-seat residential and commercial corridors. Straightforward roofline and storefront work.
Columbus
Nationally recognized architectural heritage. Restrained, architecture-first design and clean channel routing.
Jeffersonville & New Albany
Louisville metro spillover with substantial historic housing stock. Masonry-safe attachment.
Evansville
Ohio River market. Corrosion-rated hardware for river humidity and fog.
Madison, Seymour & the river towns
Historic downtown districts and small-town residential. Non-penetrating attachment on century-old facades.

Indiana Install & Service Calendar
Indiana runs on a cold-weather-driven calendar, and it shifts as you move north to south. Here is how the season works across all four regions.
Booking window
Scheduling opens in late summer. Book by Labor Day for first choice of dates anywhere in the state.
Residential install
Statewide residential installs run on a region-based schedule. Northern Indiana snowbelt properties are scheduled first.
Commercial install
Office parks, retail plazas, medical buildings, and downtown blocks, scheduled around operating hours including overnight work.
Takedown & storage
Removal begins in early January and wraps by February, as soon as roofs are safely walkable.
Zip Codes We Cover
These are the zip codes within our Indiana coverage area. Adjacent zips are usually serviceable; reach out to confirm.
Local Climate and Install Notes
Indiana runs a genuine four-season climate with a real winter, and the profile shifts as you move north to south across the state. Northern Indiana, along the Lake Michigan shoreline and through the South Bend and Elkhart corridor, sits in the lake-effect snowbelt and can take heavy sustained snowfall from late November through February. Central Indiana around Indianapolis sees cold air, ice events, and moderate snow totals with frequent freeze-thaw cycling. Southern Indiana and the Ohio River communities run milder, with less snow but the same repeated freeze and thaw that stresses roofline clips and gutters. Our productive install window statewide runs from early October through the first week of December, before the ground freezes hard and before sustained ice moves in. Takedown begins in early January and wraps by February, once roofs are safely walkable again. Permanent lighting systems run year-round across most of the state, with northern snowbelt properties occasionally seeing a system briefly obscured during a heavy lake-effect event.
Service Area FAQs
- We serve Indiana statewide. That includes the Indianapolis metro and the surrounding suburban corridor of Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Zionsville, Noblesville, Greenwood, Avon, Brownsburg, and Plainfield; northwest Indiana across Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties; Fort Wayne and the northeast; South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart in the north; the Lafayette and West Lafayette corridor; Bloomington and Terre Haute; and the southern communities of Columbus, Seymour, Jeffersonville, New Albany, Evansville, and the Ohio River towns. If your address is in Indiana, contact us and we will confirm scheduling for your area.
- Yes. We handle office parks, retail centers, multi-tenant plazas, medical and professional buildings, hospitality properties, HOAs, and downtown mixed-use blocks. Commercial work is scheduled around your operating hours, including overnight and staged installs where tenant access or patient and customer traffic cannot be interrupted, and multi-tenant properties can be handled under a single coordinated design and invoice.
- The Indiana install window runs from early October through the first week of December, before the ground freezes hard and before sustained ice and snow arrive. Booking by Labor Day gives you first choice of dates. Booking by mid-October still gets you a comfortable pre-Thanksgiving slot in most years. After late October, calendar availability tightens as crews work through commercial contracts and returning clients first. Northern Indiana properties in the lake-effect snowbelt should book on the earlier end of that window.
